Michael who’s best known for her roles on ER, ALI, and NEW JACK CITY, currently stars on DYNASTY and is a recurring guest on QUEEN SUGAR. After a robust career in the 90’s she decided to walk away from the business to raise her son who is now 16 years old.
She was a single mom who made the tough choice to put her career aside and focus on him. Now a decade + later, she has returned to television in a very different type of role playing Dominque Devereux, recreating the part previously played by Diahann Carroll. We talk about her career, being a mom, how things have changed for her as an actress, lessons learned, what drives her as an actress and much more. Enjoy!
