Actor Brent Huff | Talks Officer "Smitty" On ABC's "The Rookie" and More!

Our guest today is the amazing talented and hilarious Brent Huff!  
As an actor, Brent currently has the recurring role of Officer Smitty on the hit television show, The Rookie. Additionally, Brent recurred as Major Keefe, on the Showtime series, Shameless. Brent has appeared in top television shows such as The West Wing, Mad Men, NCIS, Cold Case and JAG, to name a few.
In the episode we talk about his creative processes, directing, writing, working during the pandemic, his Hollywood start, getting discovered as a model, the life of a working actor, growing up in the Midwest and much more!
Adept at directing all genres, Brent has a connection with talent due to his years in front of the camera. He began his acting career at the age of 18, attended the University of Missouri as a theatre major and has starred in over 50 films. Brent believes storytelling and getting performances from actors is the heart of what a director does.
As an actor, Brent is frequently cast as a character with an authoritative menace, but is also known for his flair for comedy.
